How it Works

 Step 1. Complete the form below with your contact information and description of the issue.


Step 2. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and packaging instructions.


Step 3. Pack your device and drop it at either USPS or UPS.


Step 4. Once we receive your device, our technicians can diagnose the problem and provide an estimate including parts, labor and estimated time.



 Step 5. You will decide to whether to proceed with the repair or get your device back. (If you decide not go with us, you will only pay $50 for shipping and diagnosis fee.)


Step 6. We repair your device.


Step 7. We will send an Invoice for payment.


Step 8. Once payment is received, we will mail your device with a tracking number.
